Thank you for shopping with The JOY FM - JOY Drop! We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 10 business days of receiving your order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (US): N/A

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship using the following carriers: USPS, UPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (US ONLY)

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (remove if you do).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

The JOY FM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at joydrop@thejoyfm.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

ADDRESS ERRORS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at joydrop@thejoyfm.com.
